To provide and deliver technical or non-technical training to ensure sufficiently competent employees to undergo on job coaching and training for authorisation in order to satisfy the business needs for current and future Human Resources sustainability.

Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

National Diploma Technical
OR
National Diploma in Power Plant
Process Control Operations NQF level 5 or 6
OR
National N Diploma with Trade Test
Non-Technical:
National diploma ETDP/Educational
Sciences/HR Management

All above qualifications to be at NQF 6

Related Minimum Experience:

3 Years

Technical : Technical  Training experience / Operating experience
Non-Technical : Experience in Education and Training
