Purpose of Job
To enable plant stability through optimization of planning processes and provide support to operations through effective planning to ensure productive utilization of systems and processes. Execute the principles of effective and efficient planning by fully utilizing all the planning tools and resources. Report on own performance and identify areas for improvement in the complete process.

Consistently deliver on all service level agreements.

SAP Plant Maintenance


Formal Education

  • Grade 12 Maths (full), Science and English or equivalent (Technical N3, with English), and
  • Relevant (Engineering/Process) trade certificate NQF4, or
  • Internal planning development program (Sasol Internal Certificate)

Min Experience

  • 3 years field experience as an Artisan or Technician, or
  • 6 year’s experience as a Planner Assistant
