Business Development Manager – Vox Telecom

Purpose

Acquisition of New Customers across VOX product Stack with specific focus on On-Net Fibre Links
Attaining Sales Targets as set by Division
Job Description

  • Achieving sales MRC of 1 x CTC
  • Pipeline build of 4 x CTC monthly
  • Cold Calling, Prospecting and Networking to attend 10 new business customer meetings per week
  • Be fully trained and knowledgeable in the Vox product stack
  • Follow Vox Academy or external courses as directed / required by the business on a regular basis
  • Solution selling of key products to new customers
  • Prospecting and presentations to potential customers
  • Ability to scope customized solutions to suit customer need

Job Skills

  • Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
  • Sales & campaign planning
  • Management reporting — Accurate and efficient management of sales statistics and reports i.e.
  • Weekly Pipeline reporting, forecasting, precinct or sales areas statistics
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of your personal and company sales goals
  • Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets and Precincts
  • Efficient management of workflow procedures within areas of operational responsibility
  • Creative and effective planning and implementation to ensure the achievement of relevant targets and objectives
  • Attend product training and road shows to expand knowledge of the industry

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 

3 years successful direct new business acquisition sales experience (ISP/lCT/Telephony/OA)
3 Year ICT/lSP/Telephony/OA industry experience
